Frustration...

Recently, I had a nice visit to my home town, Varanasi....after quite a long time it became possible...thanx to the 2 weeks off given by company (obviously the annual leaves were deducted..:-). I stayed most of the time at home....few times I went out and found that people are becoming better....giving pass to cars....bikes...the only few who are not changed are auto walllahs and few bikers...who think that they can fly their bike.Honking is one habit which I hate but in Varanasi...nobody can wait so...situation is not improving.I had few bad experiences as well.....and mostly of them on ATMs...Normally, people are good and follow the queue to the last...but there are few animals.....

Once when Me and my brother was withdrawing some money.......my brother was on ATM..and I was slightly behind, I found 2 police men intruding between us....and one of them who had to withdraw money almost make a place in between. I was about to shout on him....but then I thought, may be, he needs it urgently. I let him withdraw money....although felt frustrated with his attitude.

Just after few days, Me and my brother went outside and we had to to buy some admission forms of a school....we gathered all the information...and needed few more cash to buy 4 forms. I tried out my AXIS ATM card in few ICICI, AXIS ATMs but it didn't work that day....to emphasize, it's quite frequest when you need money. Probably Moore's law work here as well. Anyway, we managed to go to another ATM of UBI and added the queue. Since many ATMs were not working....so there were 5-6 people. In between 2 loafers came and directly went to the door and showed their intention to breach in the queue. I was angry.....and I asked them to come back....by that time...I was comparatively well dressed...and looked like outsider. One of the guy...responded that "there is no queue for them"...in local language as if he is DON. I could see what is happening of the youth in these regions. I told them that there is a queue and they should follow it.....then the other one came, he said..."mind your own business...don't teach me" [LOCAL] I was totally irritated by now....my brother was searching for some forex as he had some SG$$s and came back at same time. I also started shouting in local language and then these loafers, bastards....thought that they have somehow underestimated....they become silent and didn't speak further but stayed where they were. My brother told me that he has managed to get some forex...and that would suffice our need. We left the queue but I used some rough words and asked them to follow the queue...or else they may face the consequences...I left the place. I went away and found that they were now in the queue and in fact, behind too many people....than just me. In fact, I was furiated and I was about to teach them lession but then....being literate is different than being illiterate. I had many thoughts...what to gain...these animals will be still as they were...I may get in trouble....unnecessarily....so on....!

But I was highely frustrated on the society's attitude....normally there should have been few people in the queue who should have some up to protest loafer's dadagiri. I felt, I live in a society where we have some men and more animals. At times, May be, I too am one of them :-(

Huhhhhhh........
