My House

Here's the news,

I got my flat which I bought 2 yrs. back in Greater Noida. I would be shifting sometime in November. I loved livingin Noida and definitely would miss it but GNoida gives me a different kind of peace. It's so calm/cool that often I prefer to do a lot of walking...another plus is that company already had shifted to here so I'll be again a happy man. Sleeping till 8-9 in the morning is always a comfort for me because I sleep bit late.

What would I miss...huhh..a lot...My old house where we stayed for 6 yrs., the Atta market which was just 1.5 km far frommy place(Although I didn't visit very often ) , then accessibility to Delhi and my favourite pub cum restaurent "Ego, NFC"...and a lot other blah..blah....

Anyways, with some plus and initially a lot minus I'll shift. Let me hope I'll find more pluses after shifting here. Currently busy with wood work etc. etc....

POL

Caught into a discussion today when KD and DSS started discussing on religion, god etc. etc. KD had a view that it's normally social upbringing which put a man/woman in worshiping mode. I didn't find any athiest in my life. Once I found one but after getting married, this guy changed his religion;) AB, I wish, you read this. So the discussion lead into n-directions and finally a sentence popped up.....

What is " Purpose Of Life" ?

Knock.....Knock.......?????

Anti Reservation campaign

All anti reservation public !!

Let's take the resoluation to vote against congress in coming elections. In my thinking, This is what they have got in mind. Normally the vote percentage from our side are less in past few elections. This need to be communicated clearly that CONGRESS will be rooted out in each coming elections after this reservation issue.

Shamelessly, PM offers support to OBCs and talks about social injustice. A pathetic situation overall on the issue and concerns shown by leaders are in terrible condition.

Politicians have lost their mind completely !! What is happening in this coutry ??

I feel disinherited by my own country. What do you feel ?

Our HRD minister is sick !!

An interview of Arjun SINGH. See the pathetic answers for infinitely clear questions raised by Karan Thapar.

http://www.ibnlive.com/news/decision-on-quota-is-final-arjun/11063-4.html

Whoever is support to reservation need to do some introspection and specially politicians need to think over the questions asked by Karan.

Shame on owning such a profile of our country !!

dilettante

dilettante \DIL-uh-tahnt\ noun :

  • an admirer or lover of the arts
  • a person having a superficial interest in an art or a branch of knowledge

Further description seemed interesting -

If someone calls you a dilettante, they're probably not too impressed with your devotion to your art. But "dilettante" didn't always have the disparaging tone that it has today. "Dilettante" is an Italian word, derived from "dilettare," meaning "to delight." In the 18th century, a dilettante was simply a person who delighted in the arts. Later, the term came to refer to someone who cultivates an art as a pastime without pursuing it professionally — that is, an amateur. From this meaning developed the somewhat negative meaning that the word carries today, indicating a person who dabbles in an art or subject but is not truly devoted to it.

I got a feeling that it's a good word to use my love for music these days. I am enjoying Ghulam Ali, Jagjit Singh too now a days but still I am dilettante of MUSIC.

quota - reservations

What should happen for OBCs in INDIA....

- Reservations in ARMY/AirForce/Navy....huh..
- Reservations in Politics...let the 300 seats be reserved for them...
- Other sectors...let it be private companies...Force the American/European
companies to recruit them....Allas..

Results expected from fellow citizens....Manage to get VISA for US, UK, Europe and
create a brain drain situation.
------
These are the conclusions we withdraw from a discussion ( Me, GN, PL, PB ).
It seems practical to move out of country protesting such steps of bloody politicians.
This person ( HRD Min. ) didn't learn anything from even the downfall of VP SINGH, who was the
main culprit of MANDAL. I don't think, He gained anything and now if he introspects,
he'll accept it. All the benifits are taken by Mulayam and Lalu types politicians. They have
created enough problems with UP and Bihar already.

Now this Arjun wants to become god of OBCs.Oh God, Help him make a decision.

It was a nice afternoon and after a long time Le Gruyver had SUNNY day. It was the most lively place, I found in Suisse. Probably the reason being that we were so busy with work shedule that we couldn't see other places in full aspirations.

This was the shot I took when we were near the castle.

I really started liking my camera. Posted by Picasa

Went to a live-concert of "RAHAT FATEH ALI KHAN".

It was Dpk's B'day and there should not be a better gift than this. He is fond of god music and his favourites includes "MAN ki Lagan". Worked a bit to get the pass for the event and finally managed to get it. Initially DPK seemed busy with office but as RAHAT ji became late so finally he managed to join us ( Me, K and his better half ) for this LIVE-Concert.

And after a wait for an hour or so..... RAHAT ji turned up with first number -

"LAGI Tumase MAN ki Lagan"

I think, it should have been better, if the ambience had been an auditorium. Probably, the sound quality test might have resulted in better reception in audience but anyways, RAHAT ji sung it too well and looked like a musical GOD. Then came "Mera PIYA ghar aaya" and some others good numbers.

Just after a break, when people were busy with doing X and Y ( so many college lads, what else they'll do :) ), Suddenly he started.... "TUJHE DEKH-DEKH SONA".... It was marvelous, so touchy that people gave a standing ovation ( Even who were sitting ). After this number we had to leave as Friday is going to be again a bit tough in office. Offff....I haven't slept well since last 2 months, the time my office shifted to GNoida. Sometimes think, like better If I stay in Noida only.........or else move to GNoida. Anyways, to sleep early we started for home.

RAHAT ji still singing some sufi kalam........

RDB

I went to see "RANG DE BASANTI" with Dpk and Prakash.

I liked this movie. There were things which were a bit filmi but overall a nice movie. A group of enthusiatic young gen. lads, An English lady trying to realize her well planned dream.

Movie goes good with some rough & tough language, generally talked monologues, dialogues.... One was good....which was something like... "Ek pair past mein hai aur doosra pair future mein, Aur is beech aaj pe p*s****".

At end, when the guys came to Radio station and Black Cat commondoes were ordered don't let anyone survive, A thought suddenly struck to mind.

ARE WE INDEPENDENT ??

Even after 58 Yrs. of independence, the orders carried by black commondoes ( in RDB ) can not be ruled out. If and if there be such a situation, I can't disagree with a possibility of such execution orders from who'swho of country. So are we living in an independent INDIA ?

Concluding, I am forced to see it in a different way...before 58 Yrs., Atleast we were able to identify English/Goras but today our rulers are no different from us atleast on the basis of race/cast/religion/region. They are black sheeps between us and we have to be careful in identifying them.

I am with Ritesh and DCR, not NCR;) Enjoying the moment. The main purpose of the trip went ok and hopefuly will get some good results. Although astonishingly, last steps were not good for the same.

Anyways, went to Forum and got ate some snacks in Food court. It was good sitting with Ritesh and F.

"Dil mein ek lahar si uthi hai abhi,
koi taza hawa chali hai abhi,
....
Dil mein ek lahar si uthi hai abhi"

Tomorrow planning to go to Pritam's place. Rites would hopefully accompany me for the same.
We would take lunch. Overall the Blore trip is going good.

Airport strikes

I have Seen sufferings of travellers from all around the Globe. Coming to India must be a good experience as they perceive while starting their travel. Just after landing, They feel befuddled. A lots of suffering because some inefficiencies are going to be punished.

The most needed steps are taken up strongly by Govt. but Communists .....huh.......

I remember something written about them by 'Mr. Hari Shankar Parsai' -

"If a mad dog is running behind me and I see a communist in front, I'll return back to the dog" ;)

I liked it when I read it first but now I appreciate more.

Lakshya

Yesterday, at Republic Day, Lakshya was coming on STAR GOLD ( I think, I am becoming TV addict;). Hritik and Amitabh had a good performance. Although, I didn't see it first time, but I liked it again. In fact, looked like a complete movie in all the sense.

A disappointed and lost Karan, who is arrogant enough to give up ARMY because he got some punishment on his doings( I missed, if it was a wrong doing, prepared tea for cold weather). Then after a setback from Family, Preity, he got to realize...he must do something. then Why not go back to ARMY ??

With some promises, he starts his career in ARMY. He lost touch and had a feeling that one day he should decide fate of his love interest, as it was done by his counter part ( Preity Z. ). He started doing good in ARMY and he gets back his love interest too.

Overall good shots and emotions !!

I think, Could be used for some motivation programs.....targeting Management, Leadership etc. !!
